Your customer records stay in your browser.
The Customer Statement Generator and Duplicate Invoice Checker process spreadsheets locally. The Month-End Close Planner builds workbooks on your device. This page describes all three tools.
Customer Statement Generator
When you choose an Excel or CSV file, your browser reads it locally. A browser worker parses the worksheet, validates the mapped columns, calculates balances, and generates PDFs and ZIP downloads. It does not upload the spreadsheet to Beckmont or to another service.
- Customer records. Names, dates, descriptions, amounts and balances are held in browser memory while you work. They are not sent in network requests.
- Branding. Company details, notes and logo images are processed locally and included in the documents you request.
- Storage. The generator does not save financial records or branding in cookies, local storage, a database, or a server. It does not use an AI service, advertising tracker or analytics service.
- Clearing a session. “Clear session” stops the worker, removes the tool’s references to your records and branding, and releases download links. Closing the tab also ends the session. Your browser manages when memory is reclaimed.
- Downloads. PDFs and ZIP files that you download remain on your device until you delete them. Clearing the tool does not delete downloaded files.
- No account. There is no signup, stored profile, or email requirement to generate statements.
The tool loads its processing libraries and PDF font from Beckmont’s static assets. Page fonts are requested from Google Fonts. These asset requests contain ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, but do not contain your spreadsheet contents or branding.
Site requests and hosting logs
Our hosting provider may record standard request information, including IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp, for operation and security. The generator does not place financial records in URLs or requests. The site does not receive your customer spreadsheet, so it cannot include its contents in hosting logs.
The workflow form and email
The workflow form on the home page composes an email in your own email app, addressed to hello@beckmont.com. You send it through your own mail provider. The form does not submit its text to a Beckmont web endpoint.
If you email us, we receive that message in our inbox. Please use synthetic examples when reporting a tool issue; do not send customer ledgers unless you intend to share their contents. You can ask us to delete an email by contacting the same address.
Duplicate Invoice Checker
Invoice and payment exports are read locally by a browser worker. Vendor names, invoice references, dates, amounts, record types and match results stay in browser memory. The checker does not upload records, use an AI service, or save them in browser storage. Clearing the session stops the worker and clears source rows, results and download links. Closing the tab ends the session. Exported CSV files remain on your device; treat them as sensitive financial records.
Month-End Close Planner
Closing months, workflow selections, owner names, holidays and deadlines remain in browser memory. Excel and CSV files are generated on your device. The planner does not send these inputs to Beckmont, use an AI service, or save them in browser storage. Closing the tab ends the session. Downloaded workbooks remain on your device; copying a schedule places it on your device’s clipboard. The Excel exporter loads from Beckmont’s static assets only when you download a workbook.
Changes and questions
If the generator’s processing or storage behavior changes, this page will be updated to describe it. For questions about data handling, email hello@beckmont.com.
You can try the generator with synthetic example data and inspect the browser’s network requests to check that only static assets are fetched.
